Shipping policy
Delivery Timeframes
- Karachi: 1-2 business days
- Other major cities (Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 2-4 business days
- Remote areas: 5-7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays.
Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of PKR 99/- applies to all orders nationwide, regardless of order size or destination and for fragile products 149/- will be charged.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and handed over to the courier within 1-2 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation call/message once your order is dispatched.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via WhatsApp/SMS so you can follow your shipment status.
Delayed Delivery
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us via WhatsApp and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
